Your task: You will support our team in the further development of the selection process for junior managers and the development offers for this target group You are actively involved in the redesign of aptitude diagnostic procedures You will support the organization and the preparation and follow-up of workshops You will participate in negotiations with the works council and support the formulation of works agreements You will gain insights into the areas of personnel development and leadership development . ​Your profile: You are studying ( business ) psychology or a comparable course of study with a focus on human resources, ideally in the Master 's degree You are enthusiastic about aptitude diagnostics and development concepts and have already gained some practical experience in these topics You have good MS Office skills and can quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and systems You are characterized by open and empathetic communication, quick comprehension and an independent and structured way of working. A high sense of responsibility for the tasks assigned to you is a matter of course for you. You complement our team with very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken.
