About: We’re seeking an experienced HSE /Safety Advisor who can take on a National role, implement systems and drive a positive safety culture in a logistics environment across multiple sites. Overview: Our client, a highly successful business with a National footprint is seeking an experienced Safety Advisor who can hit the ground running in this multi-site role. We’re looking for a safety professional who can implement systems, policies, drive initiatives and reduce risks while being able to take a proactive approach to reducing incident recurrence. You will be able to work autonomously, undertake quarterly interstate site visits and provide training to large groups having had prior experience of operating at this level. Requirements: Masters/ tertiary qualifications in Safety A demonstrated knowledge of safety legislation Strong technical knowledge of HSE, risk management, workers compensation and injury management Knowledge of working in operational & logistics environments An understanding of psychosocial hazards would be beneficial Experience of undertaking ICAM investigations Dangerous goods and high risk experience ideal Why apply: This is a unique opportunity to join a highly successful business and be part of a large HSE team where safety is paramount.
