WPO HVAC - Central France - 12-Month ContractOur client, a global (bio)pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation, is recruiting for a WPO HVAC to join them on their new expansion project. Based in a charming Nordic location, this is on a contractual basis, and will involve significantly growing the sites capacity for the manufacture of Biologics.Our Client is designing a new facility to expand their current and future product portfolio within serious chronic diseases. The facility will be designed as a multi-product facility to accommodate current and future processes and displaying state-of the-art technology and working environment. As a future-proof and cost-effective facility, the construction will focus on delivering the highest quality to patients globally in an efficient and environmentally sustainable way.Responsibilities: Develop and Execute Qualification and Requalification protocols for Site HVAC systems.Lead investigations for HVAC validation issues and Deviations.Provide Validation SME Support for associated HVAC equipment Upgrades and Change projects.Onsite Management of Contractors for HVAC qualification support.Identify and Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives for HVAC validation activities and HVAC systems. Adhere to site EHS standards for day-to-day activities and incident reporting. Requirements:Master’s degree in engineering.Proven experience (5 years) within the pharmaceutical industry.French Ideally. However, If they are Irish/ European with the right experience they will consider.Excellent understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance.Exceptional leadership and communication skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.French and Speaking English is a nice to have however not a deal breaker.Experience with complex projects and working in or around operating facilities.Experience within Clean Utilities such as clean steam, clean water, purified water, WFI (Water for injection).Ability to keep work pace and meet deadlines. Good organising and planning skills.Demonstrated proficiency communicating and collaborating at a variety of levels with customers, local vendors, equipment suppliers and operations staff.Proven success working well in a team environment with flexibility to react to changing business needs.Strong leadership and communication skills.
