A driven and detail-oriented Consultant to join our Tunnelling department. We are looking for someone with a proactive mindset, a passion for connecting with people, and a personality that adds energy and fun to the team. The ideal candidate has a background with strong communication skills and an ability to build lasting relationships with clients and candidates.

What are you going to do ?

As a full-time Tunnelling Consultant, you will work on personnel recruitment and daily management of tunnel construction candidates. You will be involved in both large and small tunnelling projects. Your tasks will include:

• Recruit, develop, and negotiate salaries for tunnelling personnel,
• Oversee workforce deployment across global projects,
• Manage recruitment paperwork and ensure legal compliance,
• Updating personnel database,
• Being a contact person for our customers who are tunnel contractors and building/maintaining good relations,
• Proposing personnel to customers, either on request or on your own initiative,
• Strategic planning of your tasks to ensure work continuity and prioritize workload,
• Day-to-day problem handling.
