- Drive continuous improvement in safety awareness and safety culture within projects, encouraging project management to take responsibility.
- Ensure that safety policies, objectives, procedures, and plans are effectively communicated and adhered to by all project members and subcontractors.
- Report on the safety performance of the project to management, addressing audit and inspection points, and taking measures to prevent recurrence.
- Maintain strong communication and collaboration with supervisors, client HSE representatives, and your own HSE departments.
- Manage and steer the Project HSE Team, depending on your experience.
