ICA Technician

• Location: Travel around Surrey

Vallum Associates have partnered with a water company who are expanding their Operational Technology team and are looking to hire an ICA (Instrumental, Control & Automation) Technician.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out routine maintenance on instrumentation, control systems and SCADA systems as identified by the maintenance schedule.

• Maintenance of the SCADA system and associated ICA ensuring that all Class A installations are maintained and calibrated in accordance with ISO 9001/14001 and other regulatory or legislative standards, whichever is the higher.

• Investigate, diagnose and rectify faults in ICA systems, keeping equipment downtime to a minimum.

• Maintain up-to-date and comprehensive records of all equipment and work carried out within the area of responsibility

Skills required:

• Process Instrumentation and Industrial Control Systems Knowledge

• Experience working in the water or related process industry working with SCADA, Control and Instrumentation systems.

• Competent in the use of Microsoft OfficeProfessional software packages
