As (Senior) Field Maintenance Technician you maintain, diagnose and repair a variety of systems that make up our fleet. You are responsible for a perfect technical condition of the systems in your region, and you ensure that your work is performed in a safe, efficient, and effective manner. The maintenance work you carry out is very hands-on and can either be preventive or corrective, depending on the situation, which makes this role diverse and challenging. Frequent travel is essential in this role since our systems are operational across the region.
Your regular activities
- Planning and carrying out of maintenance work orders, both preventive and corrective.
- Ordering spare parts and third-party services via our ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365) and ensure proper administration.
- Conduct Job Safety Analyses (JSA’s) and toolbox talks.
- Internal and external communication with all stakeholders to manage expectations.
- Contribute to bigger maintenance and improvement projects.
We ask
- Vocational degree and 2+ years of relevant working experience, preferably in the offshore industry
- Good technical knowledge: proven experience with mechanics, hydraulics and electronics is a big plus
- Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written
- A flexible, proactive and disciplined mindset: willing to travel and work on weekends
- Strong administrative skills
