Mechanical Engineer

As a Knowledge Transfer Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in articulating and implementing a consistent and effective approach to capturing and transferring knowledge across all functional units. Your responsibilities will include developing and delivering workplace education initiatives to promote knowledge sharing and access to vital information at the Institute. You will identify optimal platforms and tools for learning, ensuring their effectiveness through ongoing evaluation and adaptation. Additionally, you will facilitate the creation of e-learning courses for SAP and other disciplines as required by company representatives and consultants, providing training on educational platforms and overseeing the implementation of various educational tools and methodologies.
