As a Social Manager your main responsabilitie will be:
- Incorporate CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) into the company's overall long-term strategy.
- Ensure the organization’s processes and practices are ethical both socially and environmentally. CSR will ensure that the company reduces and avoids damaging effects on the environment from business activities, always promoting a sustainable approach.
- Create and implement a Business Unit’s social responsibility strategy
- Promoting partnerships with Stakeholder, throughout relationship with employees, internal areas (HR, Communication, Legal, Operations), contractors, suppliers, communities, and social groups.
- Raise internal awareness of CSR issues to successfully integrate them into the organization's DNA.
- Ensure the compliance with Legal Company’s policies.
