The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Responsibilities
- Receive and review 'ready to schedule' job packages from technical engineers.
- Be responsible for repairs and modification projects on vessels.
- Develop integrated schedules, allocating necessary skills, resources, and additional requirements.
- Oversee the stage gate preparation process and prepare individual schedules for distribution to the Technical Supervisors of the Fleet Intervention project.
- Monitor daily progress during execution and report on mitigating actions to accelerate tasks.
- Ensure timely starts by coordinating safety audits, site arrivals, and tool availability.
